Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit
All booking enquiries require a deposit of 25% in order to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable however it may be possible to transfer if you need to change the date of the shoot. Please make contact as soon as possible to confirm.

2. Payment
Cleared payment for any balance due must be received on or before the date of the shoot, except by prior agreement.

3. Expenses
It may be necessary to add travel and/or subsistence expenses to the overall fee. For bookings in excess of 4 hours where food and refreshments are not provided, subsistence expenses will be added. For non-local bookings, fuel costs or public transport fees will be added. For bookings where any of: location, start time, finish time; makes travel on the day impractical, the cost of a hotel stay will be added. Any costs incurred for professional services (e.g. hair stylist, make up artist) required for the booking and not provided by the client will be added. Any such expenses will be costed and agreed with the client at time of booking.

4. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the full balance (less any expenses not yet incurred) will become due. For cancellations with between 7 and 30 days notice, 50% of the booking fee (less any expenses not yet incurred and any deposit already paid) will become due. Subject to availability however it may be possible to transfer the booking to a new date and time. In the event of a "no show" by the client, this will be treated as a cancellation. Significant lateness by the client may also be treated as a cancellation.

5. Transfers
If a transfer (re-booking) to a new date and time is requested, it may be necessary to alter previously agreed fees and expenses. Any expenses already incurred will be added to the new booking in addition to all other required expenses. Any new expenses, and any changes to previously agreed expenses and fees will be agreed with the client at time of transfer (re-booking). If the new date and time requested by the client is unavailable, and no other suitable date and time can be agreed, the booking will be subject to cancellation terms.
